Harmony will select, support, and work closely with its authorized distributors to serve the target markets worldwide. Harmony will constantly provide its valuable distributors with product training, market trends information, product catalogs, product specifications, poster, banners, technical suports, and other sales materials at no charge.

Addtional marketing support programs are available and negotiable for Harmony's authorized distributors subject to the needs of different marketplaces. Programs include Marketing Co-Op Fund, Price Protection, Product Rotation, SPIFF, Merchandising, Promotion, and others.

Marketing Co-Ops

For strategic necessity, Harmony will grant selected authorized distributors marketing co-op fund for a particular market development purpose. A certain percentage of transaction volume will be reserved and calculated by Harmony on monthly or quarterly basis and granted as marketing credit memo to the selected distributor. However, the funding detail is subject to negotiation from time to time.
