PRODUCT WARRANTY

Harmony Multimedia guarantee our products to be error free in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Harmony Multimedia will repair or replace the product when such defects are found at no cost to the buyer.

Products returned to Harmony must be proven to be defective for any replacement to be authorized. Harmony shall have sole option to either repair or replace the defective units with new or recerified units. Please allow 10 working days for product reshipment. If no defect was found by Harmony, the product will be returned to the customer with no replacement authorized. No replacement will be granted unless customer is in good standin with Harmony's accounting deparment and has no past due invoices.

Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and fill out a RMA Request Form issued by Harmony's Sales Administration department to return products and ensure proper replacement. Products returned to Harmony must also include a copy of the Original Invoice and Packing List with Serial numbers. Without proper documents, the returned products may be rejected by Harmony RMA department.

Any product returned improperly packaged and handled, or in a container unsuitable for common carrier shipment, will be returned to customer with no replacement authorized.

Any product with damages due to improper handling or use will be returned with no replacement issued remaining warranty voided. Product warranty are void if products have physical damage; (e.g., cracked PC boards.).

Freight: All products returned shall be shipped to Harmony Multimedia with freight and shipping charges prepaid by the customer. Harmony Multimedia does not perform cross shipping services.
